I've never been to a dealership for service, and I never plan to. The logic behind getting a car serviced by a dealership only if the car is being leased and has a value to the dealership.
I read a bunch of reviews, and decided to go here when my car started making a weird noise. Brad was great on the phone, Derek was helpful and friendly in person, and Ron was incredibly knowledgeable and hospitable when I was waiting for my car.
Both locations have excellent, timely, customer service, a clean working environment, and doggies! I plan on going there as long as I can. The service is so great, I brag about it to friends who don't even own BMWs.
