Decann received a full scholarship to UTI where he went throught the BMW service technician education program. After that he was directly hired by a dealership in the bay area, then an independent european shop for a bout a year before going to work at Roseville BMW for 6 years. He has worked on vehicles since before he could drive, his knowledge is extensive.
