I was in the market for a used Z4 and knew nothing about BMW's. Ryan came highly recommended, so when I was searching for a car, I contacted him before I made a purchase. Ive been taking my BMWs to RGMW for a few years now, and I would never dream of taking my cars anywhere else. The level of service is far above any dealership or independent shop Ive been to in the past. My cars always get fixed right the first time, and the prices are always the lowest around. The saying "you get what you pay for" does not apply here. At RGMW, I always feel like I get more than I paid for. I especially like the fact that I can bring my cars there for a problem and Ryan will take time to point out other problems that might need attention soon. This is a nice service to have, so I do not get any unexpected surprises that might cost me more if neglected.

Many thanks to Ryan. He was extremely busy the Saturday I called, but offered to diagnose a front end noise on my 1988 325is; my plan was to bring it back the following week for repair. My greatest concern was the problem being the ball joint, but after inspecting the car, he found it to be several items; loose collar nut and sway link fasteners. He fixed it and I was on the way. If you are hesitant on the distance from the SF Bay Area, it is worth the drive; you cannot beat the service and knowledge of this young man. I based my decision to make an appointment from comments by other customers; it's a decision I did not regret. I plan to have Ryan perform service on my E30

Dealing with Ryan is always a pleasure . He is Honest, Fair and has one of the best equipped shops I've seen, period. His attention to datail is "over the top" when it comes to job quality.
