At Bimmer Haus we specialize in the care and feeding of BMWs and their owners. The bulk of our work is routine service, maintenance, and repairs, but we are also nationally renowned for building and maintaining (and driving) national championship BMW race cars.

Our staff is also active in BMW driver training and education and has actively supported local and national BMW CCA activities since the day we opened.

Meet the Bimmer Haus Team

Bob Tunnell - President & General Manager
Bob manages the day-to-day business operations of the Bimmer Haus and serves as a consultant on all racecar prep and development. Bob's colorful resume includes experience as a film and television producer, racing event promoter, stunt driver and champion race car driver and avid collector of BMW vehicles.

Jim Leithauser - Chief Technician & Race Prep
Jim serves as Chief Technician, performing general service and repairs, and also oversees all of our high performance projects and race car fabrication and prep work. Jim is a mechanical engineer and is an ASE Master Technician.

Dan Goodman - Service Technician & Race Prep
Dan is also a mechanical engineer and has over 20 years of experience as a mechanic. You many know him from his involvement as the BMWCCA Rocky Mountain Chapter. He specializes in performance enhancements and has helped develop many of the top BMW track and autocross cars in the region.
