What a disappointment! If you're driving any distance to Wilmington, think twice before heading to Ken Baker Originals. Today's customer service experience was our very first and most assuredly our very last with this business. Too bad; we are brand new MINI Cooper owners. As a variation on Humphrey Bogart's closing line in "Casablanca," it looks like this is the end of what might have been a beautiful friendship.
