Ok .... for starters I can say that when I take my car to a mechanic I am automatically scared that I am going to be way over charged, lied to, and my car will get so-so attention. Finally I found a mechanic who is not only trustworthy and honest but Mason truly cares about helping you. This place rocks and I will never, ever, ever take my car elsewhere. I suggest you do the same and bring your car to Fast Lane European.
Yes, it was a very quick (upon short notice) service and very effective. In couple of occasion me and my wife took the car to Mason Fast Lane and it was "Fast Lane." In one case they managed to fix a problem that would have been overwhelming to have fixed at the dealership. In another case it just saved me a lot of time by being able to do something rapidly that I could not do myself. So well done to Mason and Nick that are very competent and honest. Do not hesitate to go there if you have a minor or major trouble with the car.
Took my car here a few months ago and was extremely happy with the results. Everything was explained to me in detail, pricing was very reasonable (better than my previous mechanic) and they were friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

I recently bought a Mini from a private seller that had been taking the car to Mason to get serviced. Since he knew the history of the car, we opted to stick with him. Given that this was the first service that the car had since we purchased it, we asked Mason to check everything to see if anything was wrong. Mason called me up that day and walked me through some things that were concerning and told me if they were urgent/needed. He was really helpful and honest in educating us. I went with his recommendations and the car needed to stay in the shop for another day. Mason arranged for me to get a car rental and said he'd foot the cost! It was a really nice gesture so my girlfriend wouldn't have to ruin her day getting me back and forth as well. The next day I returned the rental and got to the shop. Mason was quick to greet me and was super friendly. He, again, walked me through the repairs and actually showed me what he had replaced (he showed me the cracked engine mounts). Overall, a great experience considering what I was in for. Mason was helpful, friendly, and honest. I don't enjoy getting my car repaired but this has to be close to as good as it gets.
Just got my 2006 M3 back today and the car is running great. The car was sitting covered up for months and due to phantom battery draw it needed a new battery altogether to pass smog. Got the fluids changed and new wipers as well. I baby this car because it has low mileage so i needed to ensure its top mechanical condition for future resale, that's why i take it to Fast Lane. I was in a process of buying a Limerock Edition e92 m3 from a dealer then i found out that the car was serviced at the Fast Lane European service. I called in Mason and explained him the situation, he was super helpful and friendly, he went over with me every single detail about the car over the phone patiently. If i was local to him that would be the only place i would take my cars for service. He is a super nice guy and knowledgeable about cars, you would not regret to go this place. Thank you Mason!
Mason and the team were great! They found all the issues I had with the car quickly and was able to resolve them with ease. While the local dealership couldn't find all the issues and tried to charge me for the attempt which is outrageous. Mason and his team was able to be transparent in the work they did, they showed me photos and videos and what exactly was wrong with the car. I felt confident leaving the shop knowing the items I had concerns were addressed. Highly recommended!
Mason definitely went above and beyond for me! His shop is one of the cleanest mechanic shops i have ever seen! He was very informative and professional, service is phenomenal and their prices are reasonable for a BMW! I couldn't have been happier! I took my 2007 Volvo XC70 here after a cross country road trip that resulted in quite a lot of maintenance needs and I couldn’t be more happy with the service! They were quick, communicated everything with me along the way, went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape, and were just an overall pleasure to work with. Mason took the time to look at my car with me and listen to my history with the car and what I suspected was wrong. Sean was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable with his awesome attitude. I will absolutely come here again in the future! It can be hard to find a trustworthy, quality garage, and this is definitely one! Thanks for everything, my Volvo is running the best it has since I bought it!
