As we were looking for a place to take our son's recently purchased Mini in for a check engine light and some other work, we came across Superior Euroworks. From the first phone call they were inquisitive about what was going on and how they can help. Very timely when it came to getting the car in, very good communication on what was going on during the process. Let me quickly add, we did attempt the dealership first... During the conversations that took place, we noted that we had purchased a third party warranty on the vehicle. We were notified that the warranty was not going to cover anything.... This is where being and making a difference comes in to play! Instead of letting that be that, Superior Euroworks dug a little deeper and after talking to a different individual at the warranty company... most everything was covered! They very easily could have just let it go and moved on, but by being thorough in what they do, it saved us money but more importantly sent a message to us that everyone at Superior Euroworks have your best interests in mind. Hopefully the Mini runs flawless for many, many miles, but if there are any hiccups, we know directly who to call and where to go! Thanks for all of your help and follow up Superior Euroworks!!
