I am from Louisiana, but was in Tennessee on business. Just west of Knoxville, my 2006 Mini S convertible overheated. I googled "Mini Knoxville" and Eurotech was the first repair shop that came up. I didn't have any experience with them or prior knowledge to go on at all. They were very helpful in arranging for a tow truck and helping me find a rental to drive. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the attitude of the shop owner. I would recommend Eurotech highly.

I have been taking my 2002 MINI to Eurotech for well over a year now, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I grew tired of the hassle and astronomical pricing at BMW/MINI of Nashville, along with being treated as if I was 2nd class just for driving a MINI. Eurotech has always worked to get my vehicle in the shop and repaired quickly, and when my car is finished, things are perfectly clean and all work is finished to my extremely high standards. It is really difficult for a business to satisfy me, as I can be fairly picky, but Eurotech has continued to fulfill and exceed my expectations.
