I took my car in on a Tuesday because I had a warning for overheating; Alfredo then informed me that my thermostat should be replaced, but they didn’t let me know anything until Thursday. Apparently they messed up the diagnostic, so they didn’t change the thermostat.
They called me one week later that my car was ready to pick up, but 1 hour later they called me again that it was not actually ready because now they actually had to change the thermostat. I called in the next morning with my concerns about their estimate, Since I don’t think I should have paid full labor for their mistakes, But they justified everything with some BS! I just needed my car, so I agreed on everything. Even so they charged me twice for coolant (the first time I didn’t even use my car), charged me twice for thermostat Housing Gasket, 1 hour to replace my battery, 4 hours to replace my thermostat, 30 minutes to replace the cover on my turn indicator. Ah also they are charging $35 for shop supplies… LMAO! Totally dishonest people, don’t take your car there! I already told all my concerns to their employees, they don’t seem to care!
