We had been having service done at another shop and lost confidence in them. When I called and spoke with Steve he knew exactly what I was referring to as to the problems we had experienced. He even clued is in to a possible refund from Mini USA for wotk the other shop had done and simply had us pay for. They were not aware of the recall that Steve informed me of. We took our car in for a check up to see if everything was going to be ok for our planned 2000 mile trip. My wife was very impressed with the shops apperance. They got her right in and checked it over and tweaked a couple of things and said it looked good. My wife asked what we owed and they said "no charge."
