Man, where do I start?! How about 'Mickey is amazing and it'd behoove you to have him as your mechanic'!

Now, a little back story...bought a, what I thought was, nifty little MINI S....took it to Tom Bush in Jax for a full once over, and got my feelings hurt. Including tires, they said it needed about 13k worth of work. I parked it in my garage and licked my wounds. Fast forward about 6 months, and I came across Best Motor Works....started looking at reviews...wanna guess how far I had to go back to find a review that wasn't stellar? 8 years. Yup, 8 years....and you can tell the review was from a troll. Anyways, had my car towed an hour from me to Mickey's shop. Told him what the dealer said I needed, sent him their diagnostic report and estimate, and reported some other issues. A few days later Mickey calls me and tells me my issues are pretty much all due to the battery. Huh? What? Seems the person I got the car from put in a new battery, but didn't register it with the car's computer, so it went to pot quickly and caused all sorts of issues. good Job Tom Bush MINI for catching that one, eh? Also, most of what they said was wrong and what I needed to have done was total crap and wrong. Mickey did all sorts of things for my car...new battery, new slave cylinder for the clutch, a bunch of diagnostic, oil change and filter, did some suspension work, and quite a few other things. The bill? $1300. He could have reamed me out hard knowing I wanted it fixed and assumed it needed thousands of dollars worth of work, but he didn't. He was honest, fair, and answered the phone when I called and gave me very detailed explanations of what was going on. Amazing customer service, amazing attitude, and from what I saw, a very able mechanic. Go give this man your money!

Another great job on my mini. And I have one place to thank Best Motor Works. The place to take your cooper or BMW. Look no further, you will not find .a better or honest shop. There is a lot of mechanic shops but none better than Mickey and his family.

The best place ever! They treat you like family. If you are a single person or single mom and need to have your car looked after by someone you can trust. Look for Mickey and his family at Best Motor Works. From engine, transmission, to simple oil changes and tire checks, when going on long trips. Mickey has done it all for me, and I trust what he says. So if you want the best every time, go to Best Motor Works.
