I have 09 Mini Cooper S that has been the biggest struggle of my life for the past months until I found BimmerTech. There professional services and knowledge of cars is outstanding. I highly recommend this shop to anyone with a mini, especially if you're dealing with timing chain issue as I was. Definitely gonna be my go to shop for any work done on my car.
First I went to Orlando Mini and they try to make me pay $900.00 for a job even thought I have extended warranty, I refuse to do the job and went to BimmerTech, there the job was done for less money ($600.00) and my extended warranty paid it all. In top of that at Orlando Mini they didn't detect an oil leak but at Bimmer was fixed. Excellent team including the secretary who has enough knowledge to answer any mechanical question and fight with the extended warranty. AWESOME
Nelson has kept my MINI alive for several years now. He is competent, professional, reasonable and a pleasure to deal with. I have been disappointed with service from the MINI dealer, both in terms of cost and reliability. Nelson has the skill and knowledge of a BMW or MINI dealership, without the unreliability and inflated costs.
I was about to spend over $1400 in repairs in my Mini S but a co worker said that a shop in Orlando that he goes to repairs mini too. I tried out that shop and it was the best choice. Only $769 for clutch kit and computer check. I would never go anywhere else, I will bring him my c320 too. Nelson is the Master Tech.
my mini s had a bad oil leakand at orlando mini the estimate was for over $3000 dollars,oil pan,valve cover and some seal in transmission area.i looked online and found bmwtech/nelson and his estime was for half wich was great to hear and he also washed the car.He told me that my mini was worth keeping (i was planning to sell after visit to orlando mini).i would never go back to dealer,im also planning to buy a 325i now that i found his shop...
i went to the dealer mini. with a/c problems and they told me that i need to replace a /c compressor and the cost for that repair was over 1,500.00 . but friend of mine refered me to this place, his name is nelson very nice person and he charged me 600.00 to do the repair. he is honest and explained everything that was wrong with my car. they did really good job and i am happy especially, the price. awesome
