    BLUF: Smart Turn does great work and has trustworthy, communicative, and courteous staff. I've been using Smart Turn Auto for about a year with my 2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid. They do great work, communicate well, and use technology effectively to improve the customer experience (Example: I get texts with updates and quick links to view/approve work orders before the work is done, allowing me to understand everything that is happening and select optional work items as well. If I'm in meetings all day and can't talk on the phone, I'm still able to move the work forward because of this). Most importantly, the staff is very courteous and trustworthy. Everything about how Smart Turn operates is a massive improvement compared to the other auto shops in the area I have used over the past ~15 years.

    Smart Turn Auto Repair is the best place to get your car needs accurately. I have a 2005 Chevy Malibu, and my car is in great shape from maintenance period, and they've continued to keep my car running. Plus, I am over 100,000 + miles. I come all the way from DC for these guys to work on my car! Do yourself a favor and come here! God Bless!

    I took my son's 2013 Santa Fe in for service. The engine light was on and the car was having trouble with acceleration. Honestly, we were not certain if the transmission was going bad so we were thinking the worst. The team at Smart Turn were very personable and were able to diagnose the problem. They did not try to upsell me on any services. They were able to fix the diagnostic code and the car is driving like normal. They also did a full review of the car and gave me the information with upfront pricing on upcoming maintenance. We normally take our cars to a dealership, but my wife encouraged me to look for a local mechanic. I'm glad I listened. I dropped the car off not knowing if I was going to be car shopping so a $400 bill was a pleasant result. I plan to be a repeat customer.

    I just had to give a great review to Todd. I just called in regard to my son’s side mirror on a Jetta and he was very resourceful and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to speak with. If everyone could ever take the time and listen to the customer they definitely need to take some pointers from Todd. He gave me some ideas on some things to do for my son who is headed back to college amidst this snow storm and he was very reassuring as to what steps I needed to take to make sure that everything was good to go. Thanks again Todd and Smart Turn is lucky to have a great person like you.
