My Mini had not been running for a month or so due to a faulty ground cable. I had the car towed to Bolt's Garage. David, the owner, advised me that he would not be able to work on the car for 2 weeks.

David found that the battery was now dead and replaced the battery and the ground cable. I was not charged for labor for the ground cable replacement, since the battery removal provided the access to the ground. David also did a complete check on the vehicle and found that 2 of the tires were worn and the other 2 new. The Mini dealer had replaced 2 tires under my tire warranty but never mentioned that the other 2 tires were worn, they only had 20k on them. David also took the car on the road and found that all 4 wheels had dents that should be addressed. David recommended a local service who would straighten the wheels, and they did a great job. I will be going to Bolt's for my Mini car in the future.

I would highly recommend not bringing your vehicle to this shop. They advertise that they specialize in BMWs and Mini Coopers, but I brought my 2017 Mini Cooper in for a simple oil change. They topped off the coolant The heater stopped working and then the engine started overheating so I brought it to the dealership in NH because the car was still under warranty. Mini told me that whoever had serviced my car used the wrong coolant and did not put the cap back on correctly so the coolant had flown out of the car. Mini re-did the oil change for free to put in Mini parts and had to perform a coolant flush - $145. Mini suggested I present the bill to the garage. I asked Bolts to do the right thing, honestly thinking that they would, but they refused to take responsibility. Completely dishonest. I would never trust them with my vehicle!
