I just bought a Mini Cooper. It's the first time I've owned one and wanted to make sure that it was seen by BMW specialists rather than the cheesy outfit that took care of my previous car. At Bimmer Motors Group I was treated courteously. The service was quick, Enrique and Theo took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done, showed me the parts replaced and why they needed replacement now, and went over what might be needed further down the line. They didn't come up with supposed ills the car might have to jack up the bill. My Mini is running like a charm. I think this is the beginning of a great relationship. Thank you Ernesto, Demos and Theo.
