I met John, the owner, after my car suddenly lost power on the interstate. He ran a diagnostic and took the car for a short test drive and was able to explain the seriousness of the issue very quickly and gave me great advice on my options and what to say to the dealership. He was very professional throughout and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Ultimately I am getting a new engine in my vehicle under warranty, just as John said it would most likely need.

I came in at the very end of the work day and the owner was still kind enough to run a diagnostic on my car and tell me the parts I needed to fix it myself. He didn’t even charge me! OUTSTANDING!!! would be the simplest way to describe the service and experience. John was very straight forward, honest and reasonable. What I originally thought was a transfer case issue effecting my BMW X5 50i turned out to be a wheel size issue that John was able to determine. His knowledge and keen attention to detail saved me thousands of $ and an immense amount of frustration. Excellent service, Replaced rear brake pads on my BMW here, although they had 3 weeks of wait time on any appointments, they were nice to help me as I was stranded on the way back to ohio. John is truly specified in BMW cars.
