Sarah at Bavarian Specialties is so knowledgable and friendly. I brought my 2017 Mercedes to have an inspection and oil change. The dealership quoted me an obscene price and after much research it was clear Bavarian was a great local option. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was provided a loaner car that I really appreciated having available in case I needed to get around while my car was being serviced. I was so impressed with how I was treated. My car has very low mileage and they were forthright about it not needing the spark plugs or air filter given those alerts automatically trigger at 5 years age. My car doesn't even have 15k miles. They turned off the alerts and I was exempt from emissions testing because of my low mileage. I so greatly appreciate this kind of honest service. Although not a BMW, they certainly extended their enthusiasm and expertise to my Mercedes. I highly recommend this service provider. They set the standard for using smaller local business. Their personal touch is much appreciated and I know the work was of the highest quality.
I am very pleased with the communication, workmanship, parts used, and timing. They were able to do the rod bearings and vanos, among other things, for my 125k mile Z4MC, in a few days and have it ready for a summer of driving. I'll definitely be taking the car to them for long term care.
