    I was stranded in 100 degree temperature with a dead battery at noon on a Friday. I called Krause’s and explained my situation to Paul…that I had called for a AAA tow. He said “We’ll be waiting for you.” What a relief to know there was a port in the storm! When I arrived with the tow truck, I was immediately attended to by Paul, Daniel, and Jeff. They were like a team of surgeons! The extremely low charge on the four year old battery required re-coding of the computer system. All three “Professionals” worked as a tag team for over three hours on the re-coding process. What a comfort, and I’ll have to say, rare experience, to witness, first hand, the quintessential service team in action. Krause’ sets the standard that is to be emulated.

    The cost for this exceptional service…it could not have been more reasonable. I felt I owed them more when I left the shop.

    Personable, friendly, and just plain enjoyable to associate with, it was another memorable experience. Thank you, Paul, Daniel, and Jeff…you’re the best.
